"TERRYWOOD" Exhibition by Terry Richardson
Terry Richardson's first solo exhibition in Los Angeles, titled TERRYWOOD, presents over 30 of his latest photographs. Inspired by the multiple facets of Hollywood life - the celebrity, broken dreams, and sorted history -, TERRYWOOD unveils a series of images of the famous locale, as seen through Richardson's eyes. Through a medium not typically understood as effective in translating an artist's personality, Richardson manages to make his hand evident within his photographs.
A primeira exposição de Terry Richardson a solo em Los Angeles, intitulada TERRYWOOD, apresenta mais de 30 das suas últimas fotografias. Inspirado pelas múltiplas facetas da vida de Hollywood - celebridades, sonhos desfeitos -, TERRYWOOD revela uma série de imagens da famosa localidade, como visto através dos olhos de Richardson. Através de um meio normalmente não entendido como eficaz em traduzir a personalidade de um artista, Richardson consegue tornar a sua visão evidente dentro de suas fotografias.
