Paris Haute Couture: Didit Hediprasetyo Spring-Summer 2010
The very talented Didit Hediprasetyo presented one of most elegant collections of Paris Spring-Summer 2010 Haute Couture week, in a very glamorous catwalk room at the Hotel de Crillon. With very sensual lines, the main colors used for the collection are white, black and gold, conceiveing an extreme elegant touch to the collection.

At the Avenue des Champs-Elysées there is a very interesting exhibition about the career of Clint Eastwood, in which they are exposed all the movies in which Clint Eastwood has participated, like this spot for Gran Torino, on the image above.

The display traces the story of the designer's signature look that adapted masculine outfits, including suits, blazers and bold shoulders, for women. There will also be the designer's pioneer status in collections inspired by art: his range that drew from Mondrian's works was the beginning of what has today become commonplace.
More than 300 pieces of couture and prêt-à-porter are set against a historic backdrop, explained in drawings, films and photos, totalling 40 years of Saint Laurent's work, ranging from his beginnings at Dior and the famous Trapèze collection in the late 1950s through his late evening gowns for Yves Saint Laurent

Paris Haute Couture: Dilek Hanif Spring-Summer 2010
Dilek Hanif amazed all the guests at her Spring-Summer 2010 Haute Couture show. There are several details that show de luxury and extreme elegance of this collection, like the gold and white as the main colors of the collection. Last but not least, the collection is also defined by the very sensual lines as well, which is a risk on an Haute Couture collection, but Dilek did it extremely well. My favourite outfits are the brown, silver, and bride dresses.

The Jean Paul Gaultier Spring-Summer 2010 Haute Couture collection was one of the most fun and original collections presented at Paris Haute Couture Week this time. Blue, green and brown are some of the colors used in here, which some of them are not very common in Haute Couture collections, but Mr. Gaultier did it very well. Despite very eccentric, or it wouldn't be à la Gaultier, the collection is very elegant and glamorous. Big note for the french actress Arielle Dombasle wearing one of the dresses while she played at the show.
