The fabulous new Haute Couture collection of Dilek Hanif is dedicated to summertime elegance inspired by the 20s and its stylistic icons, with simple lines and classy clothes perfectly designed to follow every single movement of the body at a time when distraction and dancing were opening a new decade of fascination and optimism.
Once again the distinctive touch of the designer reveals itself in the interpretation of volumes, details and colors through the sensibility and the richness of the stylistic Ottoman’ spell, which spread gold, green and red-orange intense colors next to more classical tonalities such as black and ivory.
This season’s aesthetic code reflects the dynamic, sophisticated and pure image of a modern woman. Clothes with folds and fringes recalling Charleston, long dresses with crossed straps and carefully decorated belts and embroideries trimmed jackets.
Fabrics range includes rag, silk and lace: light and voluptuous pieces on which precious enlaced crystal graphics are emphasized to enhance evening glamour. The asymmetrical shapes, the plunging necklines and the sensual combinations reveal the desire of research and seduction that can be perceived across the whole collection.
Dilek Hanif shows a timeless collection, enhanced by a sense of grace and luxurious but versatile elegance, which rediscovers traditional spirit and handcrafted excellence, working on every creation as in response to women’s real desires and to their search for the freedom to wear Couture creations in the most natural and contemporary way.
