Daphne Guinness by David LaChapelle for Maybach

David LaChapelle has just made a photoshoot for Maybach, to comemorate the launch of special edition model Maybach Zeppelin, created in the 30's.

The editorial, made in two parts, called, "Exposure of Luxury" and "Berlin Stories", was released in the latest edition of Art Basel Miami Beach. Who is featured in the photos is my fashion icon Daphne Guinness.
The results are amazing pictures, where chaos and luxury dialogue without any noise. Finally, there's a video above of the photoshoot's backstage.

  28. Oh boy, as much as I disdain excess the first pic just makes me wanna hate glamor and aristocracy even more. Why can't they make a nice spread for an elegant car? Maybach's hallmark isn't all about ostentation and "show me what you've got". Their design is very subtle but the luxury is there.
