Diesel Black Gold's Fall 2015 campaign is an ideal iteration of the line’s contemporary DNA, and creative director Andreas Melbostad, together with photographer Karim Sadly, has created a visual representation of the empowering sensibility running through the collection.
"I wanted the images to capture a raw, deconstructed beauty. Shooting downtown New York allowed us to give the perfect environment for the attitude of the collection, capturing both the industrial strength and its poetic aspect”, said Andreas Melbostad.
For Diesel Black Gold's Fall 2015 campaign, top models Julia Nobis and Reuben Ramacher are photographed in black and white, in a studio and in the streets of New York.
For him, the references to England's impeccable tailoring heritage are combined with the subversive, irreverent influences of the country's iconic youth subcultures. For her, Andreas Melbostad portrayed a powerful, confident woman, who feels free to unveil her feminine side in a bold and courageous way.
